It has been a common question for most of us on to what can we consider as a best buy in terms of car buying. Apparently, there were a lot of brand new cars out there in the market and continuously increasing that gets most people dizzy because they almost have the same range of prices. Also, most of the people who wanted to have cars are on a tight budget and really wanted to know what are those best buy of cars. Seemingly, the type of car nowadays that gets the top of most of the lists is the hybrid and electric car. They became popular simply because they are very fuel efficient and most of these cars are environmental friendly. So, here is a handful of list to ponder on in terms of buying the best one.

2011 Toyota Prius

This car can be bought for less than $30,000 and has a gas engine with an electric motor. This car is a good deal because it really has superior fuel economy that has a rating of 51city/48 highway mpg and a space efficient interior. It functions almost the same as sedan cars with less price to pay. The only downfall that can be considered for this car was about the position of the driver's seat because it is a bit awkward far from the windshield because of the shape of the engine.

2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid

This car can also be bought for less than $30,000 and functions more efficiently in terms of space usage. Since its design is not a hatchback sedan, it can carry more baggage back on its truck and more passenger accommodation. Also, like many other hybrid cars, it still has that fuel efficient economy with a rating of 41city/46 highway mpg. Well, the drawback for this car can come from the fact that it cannot compete with powerful engines of usual cars.

2012 Nissan Leaf

This car has a way to go above cars that use gas for combustion. Apparently, the engine inside the hood of this car is powered only by electricity without the need of gas. In terms of capacity, it has a very spacious interior inside for passengers although the trunk has minimum capacity because it is a hatchback. Consequently, this car can be bought for a little bit above $30,000 because of the advanced technology used for its engine.

2012 Chevrolet Volt

This car now has mixture between the use of gas and electricity to power up its engine. Apparently, it has a range of 40 miles to use the electric reserve without using gas. After that range, it will switch its engine usage to gas with a 4 cylinder gas engine. Well, the downfall for this type of car was about the issue of its interior capacity. It has only a small trunk and a limited back seat that can only accommodate 2 people in minimum.

2012 Infiniti M35h

This car is considered to be a total hybrid because of two specific factors in consideration. One was about the luxury look it bores and the level of performance it can handle. Like the Chevrolet Volt, it switches power consumption from electric to gas later on. But, its advantage is that the power of its engine is really reliable. It has a total output of 360 horsepower with a rating of 27city/32 highway mpg fuel economy. This is really a best buy of car.

2012 Mercedes-Benz S400

Lastly, this car has the most extravagant deal of all for hybrids. Aside from its luxurious look, it really has this elegant and spacious interior tagged up with a powerful engine and a fuel efficient engine. In addition, the size of this car is big compared to other hybrid cars although it is exceptional because it can still compete with its fuel economy rating of 19city/25 highway mpg. It then uses a lithium-ion battery that can achieve a 295 horsepower. This is a really great deal and a best buy for a hybrid car.
